Yesterday I attempted to make / cook my first omelette

Yummy!
Also managed a run - then realised just how unfit I really am! The goal is to be able to get back to running 5 in 20. yesterday I ran 4 in 30! How bad is that?!?!
On a brighter note... at least its a start!
